In those spaces—the boardrooms, the high-stakes meetings, the corporate ladders, women are frequently told that the very qualities that make them extraordinary are the ones that will hold them back.

The freedom to be human: Bringing your whole self to work fosters a level of loyalty and creativity that "traditional" leadership can’t touch.
Kindness isn't a personality trait that gets in the way of success; it is a collective superpower. It creates the fertile soil where everything else, like productivity, strategy, and revenue, can actually flourish.
A Message to the "Too Kind" Woman
If a mentor, a boss, or a colleague has ever suggested that your warmth or your empathy or your compassion is a deficit, we want to set the record straight: They were wrong.
She wasn’t "too kind" to be a CEO. The systems around her simply weren't evolved enough to handle the strength of her empathy. Your ability to make people feel seen, safe, and valued is not your weakness. It is your greatest asset. It always was.
