Your Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Merri.Pause warrants all products for one (1) year from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What Is Covered
• Manufacturing defects affecting the product’s function
• Electrical or mechanical faults arising under normal use
• Charging faults not caused by use of non-approved cables or chargers
What Is Not Covered
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear including cosmetic deterioration
• Damage from use of non-approved accessories, chargers, or lubricants
• Products that have been opened, modified, or tampered with beyond normal use
• Loss or theft
• Damage caused by exposure to water beyond the product’s stated rating
How to Make a Claim
To lodge a warranty claim you will need:
1. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. A description of the fault
3. Photos or video of the fault where possible

What We Will Do
Depending on the nature of the fault we will offer:
• A replacement product
• A refund to your original payment method
• A repair where practical
For minor faults we reserve the right to repair before offering a replacement or refund. For major faults you are entitled to your choice of remedy.
Returns & Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, Merri.Pause does not accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used products.
Unopened and unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may still make a warranty or consumer guarantee claim on a faulty product regardless of whether it has been opened or used.
Proof of Purchase
Please retain your order confirmation or receipt. Warranty claims without proof of purchase may not be accepted.
